Design Issues  Design Issues

By listening closely to their customers, Pre-Pack's engineers will take their ideas and needs, and layout their processing room using a computer-aided-drafting (CAD) program. Pre-Pack will then add the additional equipment, and present the layout to the customer. After discussion, Pre-Pack will make changes as needed. After the customer has approved the layout, Pre-Pack will then quote and build the equipment.

After the layout, design, and fabrication of a Processing Line, Pre-Pack personnel will go on location to set the new equipment in place.  After proper location and leveling, Pre-Pack will supervise the electrical and plumbing work.  Once the line is functional, Pre-Pack will work with plant personnel for a smooth start up.  Before Pre-Pack staff leaves, the plant personnel will be instructed in proper use and maintenance of their new equipment.
